Owner's note

Since purchasing the Cnoc Hotel seven years, ago, a lot of refurbishing has taken place, whilst keeping the character and charm of the Hotel, which was in a very run down condition. This has resulted in much hard work not only for myself but for my small number of staff who are a great team, most of whom have been with me for the whole seven years.

We have a very good reputation for our award-winning restaurant. We pride ourselves on using fresh local produce wherever possible, including venison from the local estate, fish, langoustine and scallops all delivered straight off the boat from Applecross Bay and Loch Torrdon, just over one hour away (you can't get fresher than that!), chutneys and preserves from Moniack and wild boar from Glen Affric. We always have a variety of specials on our regularly changing board menu, ranging from a 16oz Aberdeen Angus T-bone steak, to chicken fillet filled with local award-winning haggis and Drambuie sauce. To complete your meal, we have a very tempting selection of home-made desserts and, of course, our very own bread and butter pudding.

Our customers' comments which you can read here say it all ...

~ Joanne Dixon, owner of the Cnoc Hotel since 2001.
